Mission
Hello everyone! We're Dave and Geoff, the two guys behind CounterMagic Gaming.

As lifelong Magic: the Gathering players, we've gone through every possible iteration of tracking tool - the humble d20, pen and paper, old-school metal ring counters, plastic cards with spinning rings, clunky two-ring wheels from commander decks, and even phone apps.

They all came with significant downsides: dice only went up to 20 and were easy to roll; paper got cluttered and was difficult to read at a glance; official wheel counters were stubborn and uncomfortable to use; and an app meant we couldn't use our phones for anything else during a game. Worse yet, most of them couldn't track anything else - like storm count or mana floating - or they'd cause a big mess doing so.

With no completely satisfactory options available, we started working on our own versions of a counter that was comfortable to use, flexible, readable, and modular.
Solution
After endless prototypes and tests, we managed to create the Click Counter - a modular, magnetic counter system that can track life total, storm count, mana, or any other game resource. The counter is made of two primary parts: one teardrop-shaped indicator ring (with a "kickstand" to prevent rolling), and any number of ten-sided number rings. The rings can be added or removed as needed, and individual counters can lightly snap together for easier maneuvering on the tabletop.
